Bookings |
|
|
|
|
Advance Booking |
Requests for bookings can be made two months in advance. The bookings are done on a provisional basis and are subject to availability. With due respect to all parties involved, the management’s decision will be final and binding.

|
|
Confirmation |
A booking confirmation is an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your request for accommodation. However, it does not guarantee accommodation. It is subject to modification / cancellation, and the management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.

|
|
|
Status |
A pre-booked space will be valid only with a confirmation. Without prior notice, if the guests fail to reach the Dharamshala within the stipulated time mentioned in the booking confirmation, the booking will be cancelled by default.
|
|
|
|
'Mahaprava' |
Group Bookings are discouraged during ‘Mahaparva’ so as to ensure that maximum number of patrons can successfully complete their Yatra.
|
|
|
|
Charges |
Currently, there is no room charge or deposit to for bookings or stay at the Dharamshala of the Nandprabha Prasad. However deposits and bookings are subject to change, as decided by the Management during the Mahaparva days (Fagun Sud 13, Akhadtrij, Prayushana, Dipavali etc.).

Accomodation |

Duration |
Guests are always welcome at Nandprabha Prasad. However, guests can stay in the Dharamshala for a maximum of three consecutive nights. Since the Dharamshala is intended to provide accommodation for maximum people, we strictly discourage using different names to extend stay.

|
|
Room Capacity |
- Each room can host 2 to 7 people per night, as per the Room Size. This regulation is subject to change as per the decision of the management.
|

|
|
Valuables |
Please take care of all your valuables like cash, jewellery, cell phones etc. The management or staff shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
|
|
|
|
Rest |
We request guests to rest within their rooms. Sleeping in the lobby or terrace is not allowed. |
