NANDPRABHA PRASAD

In the lofty hills of Shatrunjaya is the abode of true happiness. Gracing the foothills is Jainism’s most revered Pratham Tirthankar Bhagwan Shri Rushabh Dev Swami. This has made the Shatrunjay as Shashvat tirth at Palitana, one of the most sacred pilgrimage destinations for Jain followers around the world.

Year after year, millions of pilgrims come with devotion in their eyes and hope in their hearts, as they visit a congregation of these sacred Jain temples that have nested themselves in Palitana, Gujarat.

With a deep understanding of the Jain religion, and a devout reverence for their culture and responsibilities of a Jain Shravak, Late Shri Nandlal  Devchand Sheth & his family had the good fortune of raising the Nandprapha Prasad temple.

Building a temple was a shared dream for the family, which came to fruition by the unconditional blessings of Charam Tirthpati, the twenty fourth Tirthankar of Jains, Bhagwan Shree Mahavir Swami; the grace of the sheth parivar's esteemed Gurus and their parents.

With duty and devotion at heart, building a Jain temple has been a dream and privilege for the Sheth family.

We would like to give our devout salutations and homage to Shraman Bhagavan Shree Mahavir Swami, Gurudev Param Pujya Acharyadev Shrimad Vijay, Ramchandra Suriswarji Maharaja, Gurudev Param Pujya Acharyadev Shrimad Vijay, Mahoday Suriswarji Maharaja and their entire Samuday (disciple lineage) whose auspicious blessings enabled us to construct this New Grand Jain Temple for the benefit of our atmakalyan (welfare of one's soul) as well as for the pilgrims that visit Palitana Tirthbhumi - the most pious of Jain pilgrimage centers in the world.
